Tiki Gugushe founded Trident Digital Marketing in 2019 to bridge the gap between what small businesses need from their marketing and what most agencies actually deliver. Too many businesses were paying for activity — ads running, posts publishing, reports generating — without seeing the revenue impact they were promised.
Tiki brings a practitioner’s depth across digital marketing strategy, conversion systems, content architecture, and business automation. His experience spans financial services, local service businesses, sports organizations, and professional services — giving TDM the range to work across industries while maintaining the specificity that generic agencies can’t match.
What sets Tiki apart is the way he approaches every engagement: diagnose first, then prescribe. Every recommendation is grounded in the client’s actual business situation, not a templated playbook. Clients work directly with Tiki — there’s no handoff to a junior account manager after the sale.
